Actually, my numbers have been upped for a while, ever since that 6-7 week break I had because of finances. Here's what I've been using since then...

3 610 FG 3 times a day = 5490
3 450 SP 3 times a day = 4050
2 400 RC 3 times a day = 2400

Also found a series of stretches and exercises that helped get shape in addition to the rotational massages I'd been doing. I think a lot of my progress comes from the weight I've lost since new years.

And I'm living in Hawai'i, so you know that means bikini season is coming. I guess a bit more has changed about me than just my bust size.
