Multivitamins not absorbing fully - SerraSun - 24-08-2012

I was told by this guy that they don't dissolve in your stomach fully. Took an xray of a patient and they saw it traveling though the intestine. I was thinking that a good way to ensure it dissolves would be to either break it in half or crush it up and put it in a drink of some sort. Granted the body won't absorb ALL of it but I'm thinking it could give your body a chance to absorb most of it.

Any thoughts on this?
