Starting my NBE today well sort of for the last two weeks I've been taking SP about 1800 mg/day but now my PM came in the mail. Aintorl R4 powder. I plan on backing off the SP to maybe 900mg/day and use about 750-1000 mg of the PM. I also use about 5 tbls of ground flax seed / day but that's more for health benefits, but you can't ignore the phyto estrogen in flax. Anyway my goals are to slightly feminize my body not really looking for breast development but will not be to upset with small growth. I know this wil be trial and error and I'm sure I'll be adjusting things as I go.
