HELP!! skin problem - aveh - 12-02-2013

Hello everyone
I think I'm having melasma/chloasma on my face.
I got rough,dry,dark patches on my chin. It's really embarrassing and everyone around me is asking why
at first it was kind of red and gradually became darker.
I know it's hormonal (due to NBE)
what can I do to get my chin back to normal
I want a natural approach, not using whitening cream whatsoever.

I'm not sure is it because of estrogen/prolactin?? and I don't think my estrogen level is too high because I usually get headache when that happens. please help.
