Hmm, I'm not sure what to say. I think you've made excellent progress during the time you've been taking pm, and you've reported a dramatic improvement in mood as well. I think it would be a shame if you elected to stop. If you decide to take a break but might want to resume later, I agree with Julie in regards to sticking with a maintenance dose in the meantime.
