switching to pm - HootieMcBoob - 18-11-2013
I am currently taking fg, rc, hops,and sp. I just bought my first bottle of pm. Is it okay to go cold turkey on the other herbs to start pm or should there be somewhat of a trasition?

I don't think there is a concrete set of rules for transitioning from one regime to another. For me I just took fg, rc and sp until I ran out and then I started up on pm the next day.

Thanks Flame. I guess I will plan to do the same. I just got my PM in the mail today (ordered it on Friday evening, pretty fast shipping) and I should be out of the other herbs in 3-4 days.

I took a similar path when I ditched the herbs,don't be tempted by the super doses!

Is pm the best herb to take I tried fenugreek it really didn't do much it is more for breast feeding . It expanded my chest helped start to develop the little round pellets in back of my left nipple . I just wanted to have sensitive nipples and I also tried red clover,fennel also. Then I read all the benfits that it can do . I also tried a cream from the transformation websight that was very expensive I guess all the diffrent pills I tried that helps develop the round pellets in back of my nipples. You girls have a lot more experience that is why I'm on here. The round pellets in back of my nipple it seems I have had one since I was little . I'm not sure what it means if any one wants to help me that would great. Good luck with starting on pm.

no super doses for me. I am gonna start with 2 a day the first week, 3 the second, and max out at 4 a day.

I think you'll have to do a lot of self-experimentation to find what is the best herb(s) for you. Pm is a pretty reliable herb I think. The other advantage of using pm is there are a lot of other members here who are familiar with it, so you can get plenty of feedback for any questions or experiences you may have. Besides pm, other regimes include the use of BO or HRT.
