I Have just started my fist 8 week NBE run. My program will look something like this:

1 week 500, 1 week 1000, 3 weeks 1500, 1 week 2000 and finally 1 week 15000 mg of PM each day, and the final 2 weeks are for restoring my male function (this may not be necessary for the first run but might be useful in the future)

It's nice to notice that even a low dosage of 500 mg/day gives some physical effects. A couple of hours after taking the capsule I get the feeling of pressure om my chest and during the day this will slowly fade away.

For tracking my progress I have added some baseline photos and my current measurements are:
Under bust: 99cm (38.9 inch)
Bust: 105cm (41.3 inch)
