Hello Girls,

After many unsuccessful NBE attempts I have now taken an hormone test to find out what I was doing wrong. I got off hormones for 1 month and a half before taking the test.

I am hoping to start a new programme with my next period but need a bit of help to tailor it.
It was a blood test performed by my doctor

The normal ranges are in brackets and mine at the start

TSH 0.9 (0.27 - 4.20)
Free T4 12.5 (12 - 22)
Free T3 4.4 (3.1 - 6.8)
FSH 7.4 (3.5 - 12.5)

Progesteron 1.6 (0.6 - 4.7)
Prolactin 230 (102 - 496)
Testosterone 0.3 (0.09 - 1.8)


Turns out that I do not have Hasimoto's but I am on the verge of hypothyroidism - What should i do with this ?

What should I increase/decrease in my programme ?

The doctor says that everything is in normal range .
He did not test cortisol but I guess it must be high as I am quite a stressed person so I have started meditation.

I am 31 now - should I take something to stimulate growth hormone ?
