Green Tea liquid extract question - ElainMoria - 28-02-2015

I am questioning my use of GTLE. for some reason I recall it being an anti androgen but I can't find the relative posts regarding that. I am wondering of using it is having an inhibitory effect on the BO I am taking. I am also on Spiro (25mg 1x daily) so I am worrying that maybe I am reducing my free T too much and not giving the BO the ability to convert T to E... any ideas ladies? I don't seem to be having any reactions at all currently other than my nipples stay hard constantly but I developed that while taking PM and it hasn't gone away yet.

My current plan:

*Bovine Ovary 750mg 4x daily (3000 mg total)
*Progesterone cream massage 2x-3x weekly
*Multi-Vitamin 2x daily
*Calcium Citrate 2x daily
*Coconut Oil 1 Tablespoon 3x daily
*Vitamin C 1000mg 2x daily
*Flax seed oil (Omega 3-6-9) 1000mg 2x daily
*Spironolactone 25mg 1x daily
