Herbs, HRT & Blood Sugar - Naomiko - 07-05-2015

Hi,

Just had a quick question. I've been doing herbs since February, would PM, Reishi, White Peony, Dandelion Root, cause blood sugar levels to go up? I took a test today and apparently my level (before lunch) is 26.5

Will this effect or be effected by synthetic hormones? (I will be starting my prescription soon).

haven't noticed this myself (i'm hypoglycemic) but have noticed when I take PM & Reshi at Certain times I tend to have more energy through the day than i do otherwise.

I don't know about the herbs you are on, but Fenugreek and Goat's Rue both reduce blood sugar I believe.
