Progesterone and Prolactin - sweetpea - 29-05-2015

I read that progesterone and prolactin are inversely related, but is it possible to need more of both? My progesterone isn't exactly low but it is low compared to my estrogen. I thought since I need progesterone, that means I don't need prolactin. But now I read that prolactin will decrease estrogen and testosterone. I have high estrogen and testosterone. Maybe I need more prolactin after all? I don't think I have a lot of milk ducts, my breasts are so floppy.
