According to this study, the synergistic combination of both soy isoflavins and green tea extract can reduce Dht ( responsible for male pattern baldness, alopecia in women) by up to 80%!

You might want to check out the DHT blockers on the genetic male side. I am pretty sure both of the herbs you listed are more in the Phytoestrogen camp than anti-DHT.
