How to clear out my estrogen receptors? - JennyA - 15-04-2016

When my estradiol is out this month I'm gonna switch to pm powder for a couple weeks and then go back to estradiol. How can I cleanse my receptors when I go to switch between?

I believe we have found that progesterone cream will clear them out.
Also, if I read it right, flax seeds....



At least a week to cycle, like a genetic woman's body does it.
