Ran out of PM today next shipment not due for 3 weeks I have a supply of BO should I use it until pm arrives and if so how much ???

it is perceivable to use the bo while you are waiting, however, do not use them together, that seems to be the general consensus. you also of course, want to regulate your body temp.

Red clover is also a good replacement whilst your waiting at least that is available from most good local health food stores.
