Where to apply cream - Jamie Lee - 16-08-2016
The title says it all i am adding progesterone to my pm regimine but where do i apply it for um most efficent? useage also what does red clover and sawpallemento do

cycle PC during luteal phase.
careful using red clover as it can shrink ovaries.
