oh, where is this warning coming from ? I am using reishi for 9 weeks in a row and I didn't hear that :-o

reshi powder can only be used for less then a month or you could posion ur liver... the liquid extract can safely be used for a year.

It kinda sucks but it fits in with my new program 3 weeks on BO / reshi 1 week off.
1st week OFF.
2nd week each day 6 BO pills 2 reshi
3rd week each day 8 BO pills 2 reshi
4th week each day 12 BO pills 2 reshi
rinse and repeat.

Hmmmm I got it. I am using capsuls I just wonder why the powder is toxic for the liver when the extract is not. Why are you not using the extract then ?

I don't see any scientific literature listed from webmd of reishi harming the liver. Mutiple studies indicate reishi is hepatoprotective, prevents cancer, improves immune function and many other benefits.
  

A 2013 study published in the International Journal of Medicinal Mushrooms found that reishi induces hepatoprotective effects on acute liver injury because it contains antioxidant properties and fights harmful immune responses that slow down liver function.
