Help with low body temp ??? - cassi4u - 01-12-2016

I am trying to bring up my body temp for BO. I am currently 97.4- 97.2 with thermometer and I know for BO to work 97.9 is the minimum for it to work well. Is there anyone there who has advice? Iodine pills or Kelp help with regulating the thyroid and bring my temps up?  Any help is appreciated and my thanks. Cassi  Huh

Measure your pee temperature. If still to low kelp and warm water bottle and warm cloth helped me

I find if i am angry i get warm faster.
also a nice blanket is always good. Hot shower... Warm bowl of soup..
