Bo 2 tablets a day 
Pituitary 2 tablets a day
Bioperine 2 tablets a day 
Msm 2 tablets a day
Maca root 2 tablets a day
Hydrogysed collagen 10gram a day
2 cups of green tea a day 
And two protein shakes a day 
And noogleberry pump 30 minutes

You might be better going for laser to get rid of that mat. I am fair skinned, so I never really did have too much body hair, ( I epilate it btw ) but even with a free T of less than 0.01, my body hair still tries to grow. Although it is much finer, and slower.
