What's Been Working For Me - Update - VergeOfDiscovery - 08-02-2017

Ainterol (1 or two capsules a day)
Fenugreek (2 capsules a day - Solgar, extract & raw combo capsules)
Hand shaping

Now I've been a hand shaping for a while. It's a little different from massage, and maybe a bit more like "fat brushing."

Now I've always wondered how to increase underboob, and the combination above (I really think it's the addition of the fenugreek) seems to make a noticeable difference for me.

And hand shaping now is mostly focused on drawing the hands from below the armpit to the nipple (one side at a time). This has been more impactful than massage.

I've tempered what I've been doing lately as I'll likely be going on job interviews soon (like, this week! lol).

I've had perky nipples since I've stared this journey (they still haven't subsided), but the Ainterol definitely gets the areolas wider. Something about that is sexy even to me.
