Topical vs Ingested - Beard’nBoobs - 14-09-2017

Hi All,
       30M/5'10"/230 here with moderate gyne (44F/46E) that has manifested with some recent weightloss. I'm interested in some nipple/glandular development with maybe a little bit of growth, but am hesitant to start any regimen that could cause substantial growth/femenization.
I could be totally off base here, but the ladies in my family are of the well-endowed variety, like custom-bra-well-endowed, so I'm wondering if a topical PM and PC would be a better option with my genetics. My cautiously optimistic/understanding wife is adamant that the downstairs is still functional (understandable) and isn't really an a$$ lady LOL.

I realize there isn't a recipe, and YMMV, but open to any suggestions.
