Lightheaded - growapair - 13-10-2017

Start, stop. Start, stop.  Start...  and this time around along with feeling lethargic, i feel lightheaded.  Almost like vertigo but not quite as bad.  I'm currently taking 2000mg of pm powder daily, not extract, 1000mg in the morning and 1000mg in the evening, and using pm serum in the morning and just before bedtime.  I havent felt this before.  Same brand of pills, the serum is the only difference as i had previously used cream.

Thanks for any and all replies!

happens sometimes, dial back your dose a little for a week or so then slowly climb back up

I agree with Lenneth. It's a sign that you have to lower the dosage a bit. Your body is struggling to cope with the current one.

Lower the quantity of PM you ingest. In any case you are not processing all the PM you are taking, so you are both feeling bad end wasting money.

Go get your blood pressure checked!

you can even do it yoursef quite cheaply with these electronic BP cuffs, they don`t cost a lot. xx

I'd also consider low blood sugar, (even if your non-diabetic).
