restarting after very short break - newbiebooby - 27-10-2017

Hello
well i took a very short break from evreything , just a week .when i stopped my bust size was a 47 it shrunk almost over night down to a 45 with in 24 hours of restarting im back up to a 46 .
i restarted almost where i left off  im taking 550 pm, 610 fen and 450 sp in the morning, at lunch i just take 610 fen and 450 sp and repeat dosage at dinner time, and just before bed time i repeat the mornings dosage
the only difference is 100mg of pm less

should i have taken longer off or restarted with a lower dosage?
my breasts are very firm and feel warm and my buds hurt like hell when they are bumped more this time than when i started . is this normal for restarting ?

Those seem like pretty rapid changes. I'd guess it is mostly water weight, neither fat or breast tissue are going to change that quickly.

Why were you taking time off?

I have taken time off for various reasons, and I don't like it. Also, my breasts get sore when I stop for awhile, though are also often sore when I'm on PM, but it is a different kind of soreness, kind of hard to describe.

well i was taking sp and fen since aug of this year,and i was taking pm for about a month i kept reading about how you should take a break so i did
To be honest by day 6 i couldn't stand it any longer my terrible moods and quick temper came back and i felt muddled down like thinking was hazy.
i do know what you mean by a different type of soreness and thats what i seem to have no sharp pains  just a dull constant ache
i do think your right about the water i drink alot of it during the day close to a gallon at times (i work in the construction trade so sometimes i tend to drink alot of water)
