Need help determining a proper dosage.
Currently I am:
19y
5'3
118lbs

Is two pills (500mg total) daily enough? like one in the morning one at night?

First one needs to know 2 pills of what?
Then what is your goal, transition, just growing titties for fun or what.
You also need to work on a program and not just 2 pills of some thing.

if it is B.O. you are referring  to. then two pills is a good starter dose for first week, but consider the following:

First, you need to make sure that your body temp is in the range of 98 + , or the enzymes will not be properly digested. 
second: when taking B.O. it has long been a standard to take protein shakes as well to supplement the enzyme.

Taking B.O. is not successful for all, however, you need to be patient. it takes a few weeks to a few months to really see any action.

Also consider taking a pituitary glandular as well to help with the B.O. that is what is in a lot of the glandular b.o. supplements out there (transfemme in particular).

I would , if I were, you , go through all of the b.o. posts and see what may or may not work for you.

The standard dose I have seen for most is a dose of 4 pills in morning and 4 at night, but with anything else you don't want to go all in at once,..start slow, ramp up. be sure to take  a break now and then to give your liver a break.
