saw palmetto + ovarian glandular + Swanson whey protein - cycling4822 - 10-10-2022

I have been on the regimen  for about 4 months now I have notes of stress marks on my breast  and soreness and some tenderness my nipple is a little sensitive to touch it is starting to get hard to stay male I can feel my breast move around in my t-shirt a little bit a little bonce and I been on and off for about 3 years 6 month on 6 mouth off  and i been on for 1 year but took 3 mouth brake  I will like to know  how is my regimen is effective and should I add more to it I also take Swanson whey protein 3 time a day


here my regimen
3 pills of ovarian glandular 2 times a day 
1 pill of GABA 1x a day
1 pill of omega 3 1x a day
3 pills of fenugreek 3x a day
3 pills of saw palmetto 2 times a day
