What’s the Verdict on Progesterone Cream? - Cunningluvr - 11-05-2023
I think I’ve read every post on PC and I’m still not clear - does it help or hurt breast growth?
Some folks say it works, but I’ve seen conflicting stuff, like it increases DHT, or competes with estrogen receptors.
What’s the consensus?

Good question. I'm curious too.
Currently I'm using progesterone cream twice a week.

The first time I used a OTC Pregesterone cream I had added thickness in my breasts the next day.

I can only speak for myself of course. What it did for me early on was to nuke all my chest hairs really well, effect that happened on my entire body later on along with HRT, like 90% of everything is gone, the rest is completely female pattern or peach fuzz which is nearly transparent. Like what is still left on my boobs, its exactly like I've seen many cis women have.
But it felt like later on when I retried, PC seemed to halt my progress for a while so I ditched it quite soon. I seem to benefit much more from just ordinary boofed progesterone instead rather than topical. But it seems I'm somehow weird with this as many others have said they did benefit from it.

If anything, topical PC & P4 made my areoles & nipples get larger. I’ll cycle topical & rectal P4 and I tend to respond well to both.

Oh I forgot to mention, boofed prgesterone along with BO was the key for me getting from T3 to T4, no doubt it was a big factor in that. Also with areola development, that exploded along with being on PG. 100mg was ok, 200mg made everything work extremely well. But topical didn't do much anything and it felt like I almost stalled. I don't understand exactly why it did that but I guess we're just all unique on the response.

Last week I boofed my special mix. It is ground up Dydrogesterone (Duphaston) dissolved in pure DMSO, put into two empty pills, and inserted. The absorption rate made the dose too high, but it worked nicely. Added shaped growth when I woke up.
It's my favorite progestin because it does not lower T or DHT. And it had only a minor temporary effect on gonadotrophins.
