Hi, 

I'm taking:
1000 mg of Puerari Mirifica. (Carlyle brand)
900 mg serving of Reishi Mushroom Extract; 3600 mg equivalent (NusaPure brand)
3600 mg of Saw Palmetto (Horbaach brand)
20 mcg (800 IU) of Vitamin D3
600mg of Calcium


I'd love to see what plans people recommend knowing I have access to the following:
Puerari Mirifica, Reishi Mushroom Extract, Saw Palmetto, Soy Isoflavones, MSM, Melatonin, White Peony, Progestrogen Cream, Spearmint, and Licorice.
