I was wondering what should be part of our diet to maximize our feminization results and generally do it right. has anyone ever tried taking herbs like RC, SP, and FG ect with female multi- vitamins.

Multivitamins targeted for women do NOT help to feminize males. There are slightly different levels of key vitamins and minerals (iron and b-vitamins being the usual culprits) but they do NOT have any feminizing affect on males.

Really now, do a little research on vitamins and how they affect metabolism and you will see what I mean. You don't even need a multi-vitamin if you eat a balanced diet that includes the recommended amounts of fruits and veggies.

Female multi-vitamins are a marketing ploy; don't fall for the marketing BS.
