Orchidectomy

some people are able to keep their scrotum stretched out without testes, but yeah.

My wife was very clear that she still want's me to be a man but she want to control the timing and the amount of T. She came up with this idea because I am taking SP and Reishi for month and I am less demanding and much calmer then before. She likes the breasts but she want's to have a husband with breasts and not a girl friend.

IF I ignore the impression that most of these posts seem more like it`s your Wife driving this idea rather than something You want, I`m left thinking that the whole idea s a Really Bad one!

unless you can Gaurantee a lifetimes uninterupted supply of the correct hormones for yourself and the appropriate regular monitoring of your levels and organ health, then in effect you`re putting your life at the mercy of circumstances that you cannot control.

it will be bad enough to live life like a type 1 diabetic that Needs to have regular insulin or a renal failure patient that relies upon dialysis to live, but having to rely on internet or suppliers not going under or a million and one things that could prevent you getting what you will NEED to survive.
this is no exageration either!

you should go to a propper doctor first and ensure you can get a script for HRT that will last you the rest of your days, and Then think about having them removed.

any other order of doing things would be stupidity, and sweetheart, You`re better than that! Wink

I want that too but you are right, it is a drastic step and without a supply of T I would be an eunuche and they realy used to suffer, however the life expectancy for those was higher than average.

My main concern is still that BO seams not to work once the testicles are gone. I might consider this in one or 2 years when I have reached my breast goals and not fro my Birthday.

I think my wife was very surprised when I told her that this is  a nice idea and I called the doctor right away with her on speaker ;-)

I hate colds too, but I would never cut off my nose because of dripping.  Chemical castration has been in use for a very long time.  And is sometimes reversible.  Now, with E, after a bit you will become sterile, but with help you can at least perform to some degree I would imagine.  So, think about it before you cut your nose off to spite your face! Huh

I have to agree with everyone telling you "no."
The easiest means of doing this are all with BAD effects - thing degenerative bone loss, arthritis in your spine, your torso folded over on itself because of degenerated disks...
IF you want to do this, you'll need to look into various sex hormones, either testosterone or estrogen. If you want to "be a man" for her, you'd need Viagra, and even then, the tissue might degenerate to the point you'd be effectively female: no erection, and even if you could it would be a nub...
Then there's eye, brain, nerve, muscle loss and damage...

Bottom line, you need one or the other. Best options are to feminize slowly, and she'll have to deal with it, maybe get used to a sissy or cuckold lifestyle.

I suggest YOU decide where you want to be. There are other fish in the sea. She MUST NOT make this decision for you. She can go along for the rife, or not.
You might want to go look at the Eunuch archive, and also look over at "cuckoldplace.com." Look for threads from poster "Linda 38DD" and see what she's had to say about getting her husband "fixed."

She's not happy about doing it to him, basically.

You can still have orgasms after an orchy. There just won't be any sperm in it. Just prostate ejaculate. What you probably find is, it takes more to get you're engine humming than before when you had them. Because of a loss of libido. For example, with testies the recommended dose of Estrodial is 6-8mg. After around 2mg is recommended. The testies produce a majority of the T in the male body. You're relationship with you're wife is just that. You and hers alone. I do think it's awesome you and her discuss this stuff. My Ex taught me how to walk, dress, apply makeup, sit, everything that most males don't realize goes along with being a female. Hopefully you'res does the same for you.

I have a better idea Start using Vitex for about 8 months that will lower your libido so you won't be so horny but you can still get horny but it will be far and in between.

I am using Vitex for 4 weeks now, why is it taking so long until the libido drops significantly ?

I am a little bit scared but I would probably do it still. My only concern is that I am on BO for 3 1/2 month now and my girls have just started to grow. Would BO still work when the testicles are gone or not. The Doctor thinks that BO is not working in man anyways ( I can't wait to show him what it did for me already ) . Where can I get a reliable answer before I go this drastic and not reversible step ?

If you send me a private message I share the contact information for the Doctor, he is super nice and seams to be a real expert.

I cannot answer the question for you, I always thought it helped turn T into E, if all else fails, just switch to bio E or even PM.

If I had my choice, in your shoes, I would get everything cleaned up down there. They can make it look female, without the cavity. ( unless thats your plan down the road. )

Dr Arnokoff and my wife and I talked about the options and he offered to put artificial tetsicles in but we didn't like that. So now ( it was done 6 weeks ago ) the socrum is empty and allready 1/2 the size, it will shrink even further and he told us that he can remove the sack completly later on but not when is is doing the orchi.

I think we leave it as it is now, I feel good and the Spiro is no longer needed for 3 weeks and E down from 6mg daily to 2mg <3
