As I look into this more, it just seems to get better! Multiple health benefits and with a nice NBE twist too.
But as with so many of these things it is getting the quality right that makes the difference. Common sense tells you that a mass produced product that has sat on a supermarket shelf will probably have less active ingredients than something that has been specifically processed to maximize health effects, rather than shelf life and taste.
Also, there are two basic forms Rooibos come in. Red (the more popular) and green. Each have different properties and taste.
As I gather more definitive info I will let you all know.
