I'm over 5 months now on PM and SP. I've seen some modest development along the lines reported by many. "Brain rewiring" has definitely happened as well. I'm thinking about trying cycling to the extent of 3 weeks on and then 1 week off. For those of you that do cycling, what kind of sequence do you use? How has it worked? I'm astounded that I love the "brain rewiring" that has happened at least as much as the physical development part. It's made me very calm with less of an edge and I certainly don't want to lose that. Does cycling have any effect on the "rewiring" process? I'm sure answers to these questions are buried in the many threads here. Maybe you could point me in the right direction or even relate your own experiences directly. Thanks!

Hello.
I don't cycle but I do use a high/low plan for my pm dosage on a weekly basis to maintain my brain rewiring. I think changing your dosage around may help with preventing your body from building up a tolerance to a particular dose. However, I wouldn't recommend trying to second-guess your body and alter your regime if everything is currently working for you. There are no guarantees cycling will maintain brain rewiring.
For me anyway, losing the brain rewiring is a gradual process, so that gives me time to fix it before everything goes haywire. The same might apply to you. Yes, losing brain rewiring is not a pleasant thought, but again, I wouldn't recommend making changes without a compelling reason. You'll usually have to spend time giving a routine a chance in order to figure out what works for you and what doesn't.

I can't help with the brain stuff, but although I'm an advocate of cycling, I don't think its a good idea to have a week completely off. Women never stop producing E so why would we want to? Plus, a week is enough for me to start to lose fat deposits and volume, and it takes longer to replace than to lose it, so a week completely off is a definite negative, for me.
I'd suggest dropping to 2 x500mg or even 1 x500mg for a few days ( 2 or 4), before going back up.

I agree with Pansy-mae. If you want to cycle, go from low dose to high instead of completely off to on. Having tried both I can tell you it is less mentally disturbing to do low-high. It may be wishful thinking, but I also seem to stay fuller and more rounded by not stopping completely. Changing dosing does cause various kinds of growth pains within a day of changing for me, so I am inclined to believe the change induces increased activity in the breast.

Another vote for High-Low, it is working much better for me as well.
