been back on fg for about a week now..after a 4 week break...not taking any sp at this time but while massaging tonight noticed a sharp deep ache/pain in left breast and have noticed the areolas on both have these like fingers of darkening skin coming off the main areola...also have just noticed the fabled white ring...think this would be a good sign....nipples itching like crazy tonight also...
