Well the bra I have had from the start now seems snug,
The cups are full, but not stretched, ie when I stand up,
If I put my hand over breast and push out, the bralette being stretchy will expand ?
So not sure what size I am ?

Congratulations Julie! It sounds like you are ready to get the next size up and start filling that.

Yey
Just dug out my very first bra 46a and cannot fit in the cups. Too tight.
So that answers that question

Don't worry about it...you are what you are, and you will be whatever you will be, whenever you get there. The numbers/letters are irrelevant.

Thats a good point sfem,
They start off really comfortable, then by midday with Bra on they ache and then nipples get really sore ?
Bras seem just damn uncomfortable too me , or is it that mine dont fit ?

It could be fit, I suppose. If bloodflow is affected or if things move around more than the bra designer intended, I could certainly see how that might cause discomfort over time. Maybe a typical bra doesn't position well on your individual body. Maybe a different style of bra, like a longline or something might be more comfortable? Or perhaps there are other alternatives. I'm no expert. I do know that if I wear one that isn't a comfortable fit for band, side support, front gap, strap position, etc. then yes it gets quite uncomfortable after a while. The old saying, "Be careful what you wish for" comes to mind quite readily about now.

Your boobs, you nit!
If you didn't have them, you wouldn't have this trouble!
