Hmmm. I would be surprised if skipping one dose of SP would have that effect. I have seen comment elsewhere that SP interferes with the action of PM. How much PM do you take?

My opinion is that you are a gender dysphoric, probably caused by depleted androgen in the womb (like me). It might be worth finding out if your mother was experiencing stress when pregnant.

If so, you may not be taking enough PM to enable you to cope.

I need 3g/day to sort my mind out. You could try gradually increasing your dose if you are on less than that ... at the right level, I don't particularly care about cross-dressing or the odd hair growing on my chest. The only other herbs that I take are Maca and Butea Superba.

I take between 1/2g a day, anymore than that and I get severe headaches. I only weigh 130 lbs so I'm not sure I could handle 3.

About my mother being depressed...I don't think I need to ask. My dad was a pretty bad drunk back then before cleaning up. I don't see how she wouldn't be stressed out in that house. Probably a factor in my hatred of men, having such a shitty role model.

But to be honest, what first time mother isn't going to be stressed out?
