The first few posts are complete BS. The real juicy stuff starts at post 19 (the posts are numbered on the upper right) I would say sorry for bursting your bubble, but it's my bubble too Sad . Oh well, there's always white peony. Hopefully my research on that will have better results.
This doesn't negate what you said about the mice. Too bad rodent results are so often irrelevant in humans, but at least there's a chance. How else might cAMP affect BE? This is where the endocrinology goes way over my head Huh

So I went through the posts you mention and I don't think my bubble has been busted. On the contrary, please find attached a list of scientific articles which tend to indicate that forskolin does in fact increase aromatase activity and in fact in several of the studies they were using it to induce higher aromatase activity in cell lines so they could test an aromatase inhibiter. So my conclusion from this is it might or might not work but there are studies which provide evidence that it *does* work.
Personally I'm going to buy some and try it to see what the effects are combined with a DHT inhibitor.

xxd, i love your posts Wink. I'm taking 2-3g of licorice root a day since two weeks or so and i notice that my libido has decreased and this is very good for me.
But i know that this is dangerous for the blood pressure so i will change to peony extract shortly.
And the Coleus forskohlii is the first time that i heard about it and it's very interesting so i will take this too, but if you're going to take it in extract form i'm going to use it in essential oil form with rosehip.
I wish you good luck, pioneer Big Grin

Hi Silvia,

Yes I think peony does what it says on the box. I have taken nothing at all for two weeks and my nipples more or less calmed down and stopped going erect all the time and if they did go erect by the cold if I played with them they went all soft again.

I took peony extract this morning and they have been erect all day and the more I play with them, the more engorged they become. So definitely something is *different* with peony. I'm going to take some PM again next week by itself to see what happens.

Since this is the top search result that came up when I started looking for information about forskolin and breast enlargement, I figured I would sign up and share my experience. I am a female, and started taking forskolin and green tea extract supplements. The idea was for weight loss/management. I did not experience much in that sense but after taking the supplements for a couple months, my breasts started to get larger and firmer. I was starting to worry because it was very unusual, I have taken things like Saw Palmetto, Peony etc in the past to try to get bust enhancement. I found this thread and did more reading, and I guess the green tea was acting as a DHT blocker allowing the forskolin to work. I took the forskolin for about 3 months, and had really amazing results. To test my theory I stopped taking the forskolin and in about a month my breasts went back to 'normal'. Then I started taking forskolin again and after a month and a half, my breasts started to enlarge. My breasts were very sensitive at first, and my nipples were constantly erect, they are much more sensitive now as well. I have been back on the forskolin for a little over two months and they are back to being noticeably bigger and firmer, I increased about one cup size. I am going to continue taking green tea and forskolin for an extended period of time to see if I can get the results to stay without continuously using the supplements. Sorry to revive a very old thread but I thought my experience might be insightful for some people.

From what i gather from reading that link ( #23) 'seems' to indicate the necessity of the presence of progestines to aromatize . That is what i interpret from it ( i may be wrong...)
