I`ve seen reference to this for phyto-estrogens in general - according to some websites, the body can`t use phyto-estrogens in the form they are in the plant, they are converted during digestion ( or somehow ) into some other form that the body can use.

I don`t know if it applies to all types of phyto-estrogens or just some.

Just wanted to clarify that i do take the capsules.I have the R1 500mg bottles.I do not use cream or spray.I am going to try and ramp up this week to see if i can even feel anything.this will be my fifth week. wish me luck

Shame you didn't clarify how many you were taking!

Ramp up (gradually) to 6 or even 8 a day for a week and then see if nothing happens. (Yes, really, some people need 8 to kick start - I only needed 6, but 4 didn't do anything).

Hello Bryony! yes i guess that would help.the most i have took is 4 a day.but mostly varies around 3 a day.i have had pains every now and then.the bottle says never to take more than 2 a day.it is confusing. i will try it though. Thank You! Diva Chick 32.

Yes, the bottles generally do say 2 per day but that is aimed at women. They tend to have a somewhat higher natural female hormone level than we do!!

General perceived wisdom is that 1 or 2 x500mg per day is the male 'maintenance dose', for those lucky enough to get that far, and it follows that that is the amount needed to get us/keep us at the female base level, so you need MORE than 2 x500mg per day to stimulate meaningful growth.

One thing I do not understand is the siriporn site states not to use saw palmetto with PM,the ainterol page states to use SP with PM.who knows.I am wondering if SP could be interfering with the PM for me.seems like the more SP i take the more acne I get on my forehead. weird I know.but I am fixing to find out.starting today I am gonna completely layoff the SP and ONLY take my PM like normal and for a week and see if anything changes. 1 quick question,even at 3000mg a day of PM,I still have not had ANY headache.so does that mean my bottles are not real or that i can ramp up higher till i get a headache?

I can't comment on Siriporn, I've never really felt the need for any kind of porn!

In my view SP is very much open to debate, some say it works others don't. I took it for several montsh with Ainterol and didnt notice any difference when I stopped it. OTOH I never got any kind of spots with or without it and I do get headaches if I go up to 3000mg PM for more than a few days...but FG seems to stop that. The reason for the headache is that it is a symptom of excess E ( Estrogen dominance) which is not a good thing because apart from the headache there is a good chance that you are heading for a stall. OTOH, there is no guarantee that you WILL get a headache with E dominance, so just going up and up is equally not a good idea either. Your body only has a limited amount of hormone receptors and once those are saturated, you can take E by the bucket and it wont make any positive difference to increased growth.

The reason why FG moderates the headaches is that it stimulates Progesterone production and that in turn acts as a balance to the excess E... but its easier, cheaper and better to simply cut back on the PM!

On the other hand, the body also also has a very clever feedback system...it actually measures the total amount of sex hormones floating around and if that gets too high it shuts down it's own natural production systems to try to compensate...that is NOT a good idea.

I don't think anyone has found it necessary to go above 3000mg per day and ASFAIK only Bryony takes that much routinely. 2000mg variable up to 3000mg occasionally, is enough for most. Any more than that and you are in more or less uncharted waters and effectively on your own!

I have been taking the Ainterol PM for more than 6 months but no result so far. I also use atomizer extreme 20 Spray, and cream. I think I have just wasted my time and money on this brand. I also heard that PM doesn't work for everybody. I just think it is not for me. I wish you ladies good luck with this brand. I hope you get the desired result which I did not get. I am planning to switch to BO.

You don't say what dosage. If you only took 2 x 500g /day then nothing would have happened most likely.

Nothing happened for me until 6 x 500g /day.

I've been on it 6 months and am nearly an A cup.
