I would like to know which one would be more effective.
i have both and currently started using the extract in a liquid form.
does that mean that the estrogenic properties are also extracted??

and also can u stall on hops?

Can't answer directly but if you read Isabelle's thread she has loads of info on hops, because that's what she mainly uses.
