Questions

#1

I have a few questions, for future referance if I decide to make my breasts grow.

1) What are the best, and easiest herbs to get a hold of, for breast growth/ feminization of my body?

2) Should I consider progesterone cream?

3) What is the best way to make some of the effects permanent(if possible at all)

4) Will I ever be able to completely stop taking the herbs?

Thanks to any and all that respond! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Nicse.

Welcome to the board. Smile

To start off with, I think it's important to note there's certainly more than one way to achieve NBE. Just about everyone who pursues NBE has to do some experimentation at one time or another to find what works and what doesn't work for them. Another important consideration is the patience NBE requires. If you do want to fully grow your breasts it's going to take around a few years. There are no shortcuts or overnight miracles with NBE herbs.

I think doing a search on these boards on the various herbs used would be your best answer on this. It depends on how much money you're willing to spend and whether factors such as having a sex drive and maintaining sexual functionality are important to you.

I order all of my herbs online. Check out my profile if you would like to know the details of my NBE regime.

There's varying opinions on this. Some say it's best to not use progesterone cream until after you've grown some breast tissue, while others favor using it at the start to mimic the hormonal cycle genetic females go through.

If you start to experience estrogen dominant or excessive estrogen symptoms, I think that would be a good time to add progesterone cream into your NBE regime.

The development of breast tissue is permanent, no matter what herbs you're using. What's temporary is the fat redistribution. When you start taking NBE herbs, the first change you'll probably notice is the fat redistribution to your breasts.

To an extent I say yes. Breast tissue is permanent so you don't need to keep taking herbs to keep that. However, you'll probably have to keep taking herbs to maintain the fat redistribution. If you do stop taking herbs, it's likely your breasts will shrink after a period of time as breasts are partially composed of fat.

Again, if you do a search on these boards you can find out this more in detail with members who have stopped herbs for several months or longer. Some members may just take a maintenance dose of NBE herbs. This is lower than what they took for growing breasts, but still sufficient to keep the fat redistribution in place and thus keep the shape of their breasts intact.

Thanks so much flame sabers, also, if this helps on advice: I don't care about sex drive or functionality of the "big boy" down there. I seriously don't want kids, so it doesn't bother me. Also, think I might have gyno, so slight head start(it might only be fat as well... don't have pictures to tell. No hard lumps under areola, but they are there and they are a little big, and jiggle when I run Big Grin) And nothing can make the fat distribution at least mostly permanent, so like only a little, insignificant amount goes away? Or would I need to keep taking maintanence doses every day / week?

Again, just want some knowledge to decide if I ever want to do this. It seems like it would be better to be female. I have never really fit in with the guys...

EDIT: also, would anything happen to my IQ if I started to take herbs, like would it decrease, or increase? And would my creativity go up/down(not really creative to start with)?

Again, sorry about all the questions, I just need to know if this is what I want to do with my body when I am older.

Edit 2: Here are some photos, cropped front view, and left side view alone, cause it looks like i already have the female butt issue without any kind of hormones or herbs, or is that natural?

I recommend searching the board on the timetable of how quickly and how much the fat redistribution goes away after you stop taking herbs. I've no first-hand experience with keeping what I have with just maintenance doses. I'm still trying to reach the finish line so to speak. Big Grin

It's doubtful I think the herbs will have any impact on your IQ. There is one mental effect you may experience which is called 'brain-rewiring.' You can do a search on these boards for a more detailed explanation. Brain-rewiring can be described as feeling more at peace with yourself, having a reduced need to engage in crossdressing, being less interested in porn and masturbation, etc. You may become more creative if the brain rewiring has that kind of effect on you.

If you feel you're a transsexual, taking NBE herbs may help give you the confidence to pursue further feminization and start living as a female.

I think it would be to your benefit to consider what your gender identity is and how it compares with your desire to have breasts. Do you consider yourself a otherwise regular guy who just wants to have breasts? Do you feel androgynous or somewhere between identifying as a male or female? Or do you identify as being a transsexual?

I think the question to ask yourself is how do you feel about having breasts for the rest of your life? This decision can certainly impact your relationship with your family and significant other (if you have one or decide to get one later on). You may reach a point that going shirtless in public is no longer practical or sensible without experiencing discomfort or attracting too much attention. There's also the possible issue of having to wear sport bras or other types of compression garments for your breasts.

If you have no hard lump under your areola it's likely it's just fat tissue right now. As for your butt, it's hard to say with the view of your second picture. Guys can have feminine hips and a bum without having to take herbs or hormones.

Somewhere between both.

I don't go shirtless anyway, so nothing new. Also, I think wearing a bra would be kinda cool. And, I might actually be able to find a GF that likes the breasts. I feel fine about having breasts for the rest of my life.

How far down is it on average? Because there is a small lump, but it is 1-1.5 inches down from the areola, and pretty sensitive. Also, ok.. It is just weird to see myself standing straight up and down with that kind of... back curve/butt curve/whatever you want to call it.

Why not go out to buy a bra and start wearing it?

I'm not sure what the average is. Mine is right under my areola.

Let me put it into simple math... Parents + me with bra = Parents will probably beat me.. I am still "under their roof, under their rules" as they say.

Found the answer to whether I have gyno or not... I do. not professionally diagnosed, but I found this online, from a completely different site:
Original question
Quote: I don't feel a gland behind my aerola, they're not sensitive, and they dont hurt.. when I get chills or when im cold my nipples look just perfect, but i dont know if is just fat, or gyno..

Response:
Quote:Definitely gynecomastia. I have no hard gland right under my nipples, but i still have gynecomastia...
