Does anyone else sometimes have contradictory thoughts about their breast development? On most days I'm content with my progress, but every now and then I feel like I should be further along than I am.

Yeah, I sure do. I suppose it makes sense since we both take differing amounts of PM on a given day. I think it's more a matter of brain chemistry than actual physical changes though.

I.E. the breast size is not fluctuating much, only the way that we view it.

I've only been at NBE for a month and a half and I'm only up to 1500mg PM split into three doses. Sometimes I think I've made some progress, but my wife has not said anything so I think it's purely my perception. On the other hand, I know for sure that when I pump with the NB, the cones are getting fuller. I can go farther each time before I can't handle the discomfort. ...On the other hand, I'm not convinced that NB causes any true growth or if it just temporarily stretches tissue and causes swelling.

Another thing, I don't have a lot of sensations in my chest like many of you have described OR I'm misunderstanding your descriptions. I was hoping for 24/7 tingling, constant aching, or sunburn sensations on my chest. I have those symptoms a couple times a week for a couple hours but that's it. Is that consistent with what you all experience? I suppose I should go to 2000mg and see if that helps. I just want to stay as low as possible so I'm not wasting PM or overloading my liver and kidney's.

I put SP @ 640mg per day back into my routine after reading Robin_Beals thoughts and it might be causing some problems with my, ah hum, stamina??? It's bitter sweet because I'm fine if that quits working but I have a spouse that enjoys it more than I so I need to be careful. I didn't have that problem with just PM but perhaps, it's a cumulative thing or maybe just time is taking it's toll. Strangely though, it started the same time I added SP back into the mix.

...So, does that answer your question Flamesabers? Lots of waffling in all that.

I suppose I could alternate the days of my high/low doses to see if that makes a difference.

Growth sensations has never been a 24/7 experience for me. I think the fact that you're getting them for a few hours every week is an indicator some growth is happening.

Yes, thank you for your response.

Yeah, growth sensations (itching or tingling) never were a constant thing for me, either. It comes and goes throughout the day. I'd say you are doing something right.

Apologies for the very direct and graphic explanation below --- I am trying to clearly convey some delicate issues and simple common words can do this. Hope I have not offended anyone.

Just read your note above, and the excerpt is what I want to comment on:

I have NO DOUBT that, if as you say, your "stamina" is a problem, it is highly likely due to the addition of SP. My experience w SP was that my erections were lesser intensity almost immediately. As time went on, my fluids were less and they were clear, and very certainly my "power" was waning quickly. By six months I passed a point of "no return", and at that point my ability to have an erection was totally gone and happily never to return (but I was still able to be pleasured and able to have ejaculate --- but it was in the form of being pleasured orally -- or anal intercourse --- and stimulated as if I had a clitoris, which was so very cool.) The size of my "thingie" and my overall "package" had diminished to be very very small, which again to me was very sexy and desirable. However, I know that is not for everyone. Just be aware.

SP can be either very potent in some people (like me and apparently like you) and yet in others seemingly having no impact.

My point is that, if you are SP-responsive, be VERY careful of both dosage and time on the stuff, because you may get to a point of permanent male-dysfunction and not be able to maintain your erection ---- if this is important to you or your lover please use caution.

For me, the actual outcome was very desirable, and exceeded my expectations. All my life I was always mortified having a typical "male" reaction during stimulation, and I hated my thingie being anything larger than necessary (meaning, to me anyway, the size of my thumb!). So the SP changed all that, and in doing so allowed my genitals to instead be treated and touched and stimulated like a womans in a very traditional sense. This was, for me, quite wonderful.

(NOTE: Apologies for the specific and at times graphic descriptions above --- it was the simplest way to convey real issues and I hope I have not offended in my forthright response. English should be used to clarify rather than obfuscate!!)

I would like to chime in with my experience of using pm (but not sp) for a year.

Erections are still possible for me, however I have to be in the mood to get aroused. Thankfully, erections no longer come at a drop of a hat for me. If I lose focus and get distracted, the desire and erection quickly fades away. Every once in awhile my sex drive seems to spike suddenly, but otherwise I mostly have the mood of indifference towards sex, porn, mastrubation, etc. Pre-NBE days, ejaculation was the most pleasurable part for me. Now it's the stimulation and build-up that I like the most.

Doodlebug, maybe just taking pm without sp may be the way for you to pursue NBE and have still a sexual relationship with your spouse?

I wish it did that for me, lol. Took it for over a year and it made no difference in size at all.

All it did was hurt my stomach. Weird....maybe its an age thing, as I think I'm about 10 years younger than you. Or maybe i just didn't take enough of it since it triggered acid reflux so bad. Hmmm

Oh my gosh, thanks Robin. I'd rather be a little uncomfortable with the graphic detail now than in tears down the road when I realize I've unintentionally done something irreversible to myself with huge implications for my wife whom I love more than life itself. I wish I could jump the fence entirely but I have to walk a fine line. Breasts are fine, lack of function is something else. I thought the SP was pretty weak from all that I've read and given the fact that it's sold and even RECOMMENDED to men for prostate health, reinforced the notion that SP is pretty harmless. I'm only taking a "double dose" for prostate purposes and far less than many here take but, like you say, perhaps I am hypersensitive to it. I'm only interested in SP to the extent that it can help produce breasts but had no idea it could eliminate my "ability" (in conjunction with PM I suppose). Nonetheless, I'll monitor it carefully and reduce or eliminate SP as needed to fulfill my marital responsibilities.

BTW: I'm certainly not offended by anything you said or the way you said it. On the contrary, I'm very thankful you took the time to warn me. Thanks again.
