#1

Hi there, kinda wonder... when you guys taking PM, do you guys encountered those symptoms?
1. fingers numbs
2. pimples pop-up crazily
3. sometime I feel something bite me from inside out? some pain here and there like something bite me from inside down below my skin?

Is that normal? I'm currently on 500mg PM night dose. should I stop taking PM?

Thanks.

I am fairly convinced that the stinging in the tips of my toes and minor numbness in my fingertips is related to my PM intake. It sometimes feels like the numbness/tingling pain you get from circulation being restricted. Keeping my dose low alleviates most of it. I don't believe that PM causes it, as I have other issues with my feet and hands, but I do know from experiment that the PM can make it worse.

I can't speak to numbness or the biting sensation because I already had those problems long before taking PM. As for the acne, I haven't had that problem, but keep in mind that acne is caused by increased hormone levels. You might need to take something to lower DHT. Women who take PM often seem to report it clears up their acne.

I do have those symptoms, but they go back well before I started PM. It never occurred to me that their possible fairly recent slight worsening might be due to PM, until I learned of Sfem's experience. If that is part of the price of using PM, then as far as I am concerned so be it.

The only side effect I have had, other than the development of breast material, appears to be dry skin with an itchy rash, it comes and goes, but I never had it before I took PM.
