Just wondering anyone here experience pain in the budding area when you jog?
I went for a jog today and the buds hurt so much when they are bouncing. Does that mean I have to deal with it as for now, or is there anyway to solve it? Maybe massage more? Or just cut down on my exercise and do some light weight yoga? Or get a sport bra?

Yes, this is a very common experience I think. For me it's more discomforting than painful. Usually for me it's carrying something the wrong way that makes my breasts hurt.
Using a sports bra may help. I don't think it'll eliminate the pain entirely, rather it may make it more bearable. It's also possible that over time your body will become more accustomed to your breast buds and the pain won't be so bad anymore. If you really want to continue jogging, I say try out a sports bra and see if that helps.

Irritated and even bloody nipples are not uncommon among runners regardless of breast growth. I believe they even make a product specifically designed to be worn on the nipples to guard against chafing.

Lol time for a sports bra. And a piece of advice, if your going to wear it most off the day try to find one that's silky or smooth in texture otherwise you'll be scratching all day. Under armour, starter, or any athletic genetic will usually work. I have danskin from Wal-Mart and after washing a few times they get a little rough.

mine havn't gotten rough, but it could be a difference in wash methods/soaps.
I make my own Laundry soap (costs $0.50 a gallon to make), I wash them on the "Gentle" Cycle & and always use both softener and dryer sheets on them, I have not had any issues with them getting rough.

Ladies usually put a tape over their nipples to stop chaffing
