The decision to reshape your forehead using an endoscopic approach vs. exposing the bone depends on what you are trying to accomplish, Eva. If your aim is to reduce a prominent brow ridge that lies over the anterior wall of the frontal sinus cavity, be VERY concerned about using endoscopic burring. That bone is not very thick, so only minor sculpting is possible without the risk of breaking through or making the bone so thin that a minor impact in that area could break the bone and leave a permanent depression in your forehead.
I'm not sure why you are considering 'scalp advancement'. I was under the impression that you suffer significant MPB.

Well Im for the most part happy with my face, I just want to correct AGE... I do have "brow bossing" BUT I havent had any problems... I mean Im told I have beautiful eyes and all that... So Im gonna trust the doc to do his best with a less invasive procedure....
My mother and my sister also have while less pronounced, somewhat "masculine" foreheads... By that I mean they have eyes that are sunken into the sockets like mine and brows that arent as high up as some women... They are still women though and they were both beautiful when they were younger...
Yes I dont have a "hairline " at all... I was thinking that a resection of the bald area with an "advancement" might leave less area to fill in with transplants....
You pay your $$$ and you take your chances... I for one havent heard of a case where a TS womans face collapsed from having FFS...
It is a VERY invasive procedure...
