The response that allot of people are going to have is that it varies for everyone. The guide on herbals they have here is great, so finding a photo-estrogen and possibly an AA that will give you NBE is half of the trick.

For me the current E&AA solution I use would disrupt function, so I use a multi-ginseng blend to dial it back up a bit. It works for me.
