i am looking to have breast again. I am taking 1 or 2 wk break.
1 estrogenic herb
1 pro-hormone ( maybe DHEA)
1 pro-aromatase ( White Penoy)
1 potentiator (vitamins/minerals, etc) Maxi-HGH and mutli vitanum for woman
1. what other best estrogenic herb out there except PM?
2. can I take DHEA while take estrogenic herb or not?
3. is there a list of estrogenic herb and what do they do?

Be careful with DHEA, 25 to 50 mg should be all that's needed. And even then I'd use it no more than a few times a week, one side effect is hairloss (balding).
DHEA hits the androsenisone pathway to estrone and estrogen, but it can also make it to testosterone. Adding WP should help the conversion though. Herb functions are posted in the herbal FAQ's

Btw, aromatase is stored in adipose (fat tissue), same with estrogen.

Yes, it's estrogenic, although it's not as strong as PM would be. A program for example that has HOPS, Fennel and WP would be effective. It targets both estrogen receptors, aromatase and 5 alpha reductase.
Growth Hormone's if choosen (Swanson's has a supplement called Multi Growth Hormone) can be added to a program: I'd take it at bedtime.

Phytoestrogens in general will do that, a decrease in muscle is likely as well. Fenugreek could be a better option, it's a phytoestrogen with a small amount of free T, ( call it a built in nut protector).
tgnewbie, I'm trying to understand, are you just wanting only breast growth?
