feminine shape?

Is there anything we can do while growing breasts to aid them developing in a feminine shape or is this down to genetics and thorax/rib cage size and shape? reason for asking as a few times i have read that often genetic male breasts end up pointing sideways, in addition i think i read on here (may have been lotus that posted it) about genetic males struggling for growth on the side of the breast? arm pit side i guess so again if someone can clarify this and whether theres anything that can be done during development, thanks

don't expect stereotypical (porn star / model) shape. Expect a realistic shape. Female breasts come in more shapes and sizes than you can imagine. There are some bras that claim to help shape, they've been talked about around BN. Some say PC helps.

Froger i do expect a realistic shape, i just would rather they look feminine and didnt point sideways as has been the case for some people, im not afterall just a guy growing breasts but someone in transition, so if there is anything i can do to make sure they develop to their potential then it would be great to know, i do plan to take progesterone nearer the time its needed but will look into these bras, at the moment i just wear a pull on bra

jaded jade, where you suggesting this workout helps for breast shape of an overall feminine body shape? probably worth considering given i need to lose a few pounds

I feel like a broken record lol, isometrics will aid in the overall shape. Throwing E and all the herbs u can think of at them doesn't get you any sooner to female looking breasts without strengthening those boobies.

Cynical, yes. Doesn't matter if you're a dude or in transition, the goal is the same:

Add trigger point massages. Anybody remember that you have receptors in the breasts????, so start pinching them already will ya and release the E in them, nipple stimulation to release Prolactin!!.

These methods won't cost you a dime, so why not capitalize on it?. Sermon over lol.

Thanks lotus, any particular isometrics and trigger point massage videos you can recommend? prolactin hah i dont think i need that raising, had it tested a few weeks ago and its sky high, 623 miu/l which is what someone would have in the second trimester of pregnancy Shy

O wow, you know what that means?, high prolactin lowers E. I mean that's great for boob growth if you were to pop out a little one. Blush

Well, to build side-boobage as its called I guess lol, grab the breasts and pull them to the center chest wall, hold them for 10 to 20 seconds, you need to flex the pecs at this time, do as many pec flex's as you can. The iso's I do are when you can flex them without the grab and pull technique, Think BB's (body builders) Big Grin

Now the grab and pull method can be done in all directions, just do as many as u can, I'll bet a 1 month supply of PM (not really lol) this will work!!!!, only do it religiously.

Never stop improving, (oh wait, that's taken already lol).

estradiol at the time came back at 272 pmol/l the time before it was 364 pmol/l and at the time of the first test i was taking a lower dose of e2, im putting it down to being naughty on holiday (i was abroad for a month) and smoking most of that time, smoking as we know messes with e so my guess is thats what caused it as i was lactating again, stopped now so hopefully back to normal, thanks will try these exercises

OK so having never flexed me pecs i assume i just need to lift them? not physically with my hands but you know what i mean (i hope), oh and i dont normally smoke, gave up 2 years ago, smoke only now and again, probably wont make a habit of it if it messes with my e levels like it has the last time
