Hope you don't mind me posting this in this section - the massage/pumping section seems more about the pumping.

I just wondered if any of you massage to help your NBE program. And, if so, which massage do you do? Does it help?

Thanks for the reply! I tried the chi massage earlier. Very simple and seemed a good workout.
