iaboy's evolution of programs

Well, since everyone has been sharing plans, and thoughts plus singing "Kumbaya" around the camp fire... LOL. Thought I would try to do the same.

I had a major heart attack, about 11yrs ago, ended up with a quad-bypass..... Hated my Surgeon's bed side manor, but his beautiful nurse made up for it. hehehehehe

I like to cross dress in private, when ever possible. It probably was with me most of my life, but especially when I got to my 30's.

About 4 yrs ago, I was diagnosed with Psuedo Gynecomastia. My Family Doctor told me he was sorry, but many men had the problem and due to my heart, was afraid to try male HRT. (he thought my PAD had a lot to do with it as well)

I really started to notice having a lot of "flesh" about 4 yrs ago, and with me loving to CD, was why I went to my doctor about it. Needless to say, I tried real hard not to show my being happy.

Long story shortened... ( too late already eh ) I looked on the internet, and discovered Lucille's "Flat 2 Fem" program. I was on that for about 2 1/2 yrs, then discovered BN August of 2013, and signed up about a month later.

Thanks to Lotus, and a lot of great discussion's here, I went with PM and some of the other herbs mentioned beyond Flat 2 Fem.

Here is what I have been doing since Oct 2014.

PM extract between 9 - 12 drops pre day originally I mixed with milk. Then Lotus suggested sub lingual. (only been doing that for about 24hrs)

White Peony Root from Iowa Select Herbs.. 1 eye dropper 1/2 full, aprox 28 drops.

Progest Cream 1/4 - 1/2 Tsp, about 3 x per week

Since starting PM, and with a few tweaks suggested by Lotus. Before PM, in almost 2 yrs, went from Nubs to solid 38 A to loose 38 B.

But now, in just 3 months, went from loose B to now some bra's at 38 D. My measurements when I began all of this June of 2012 41" under bust and 44 at nipples. (when I first started to track).

Best measurement before PM 39.5 under bust, 47.25" at nipples to where I am now is 39 3/4 under and 48.5 at nipples.

So far, a dramatic increase in just 3 months, thanks to PM and Lotus with his insight and help.

Ya know what??? Getting a decent fit in a bra, is a pain in the other direction.

On a lark, I bought 3 new reasonably priced bra's. Mainly due to fact that some of my 38 C's are getting un comfortable. 1 was a 38 D, 40 B and a 40 C. Now mind you, all the same brand and model, just the difference in size. Forget the "Sister Sizes".... The 38 D fit's like a glove. 40 C I have quite of bit of room to grow, and the 40 B has just a smidgen of room. Go figure.

BTW, my left breast is 11 1/4 inch, my right is 10 7/8". I am confused. LOL

Thought I would keep everyone "abreast"... Yes, pun intended.... Don't hurt me. LOL

I have not gained much, it keeps fluctuating from 48 5/8 to just under 48 1/4. What's up with that. I try to measure same time of the day, ect. It maybe due to noticing my waist is starting to feminize and also, I have dropped about 6 lbs since March. So, who knows, maybe that's it????

Oh well, It may not measure much difference, but they look better. I wonder if they are filling out w/out adding to the tape measure???

My Doctor prescribed Finesteride for my BPH and for trying to regain my hair line. Also, I have some other health issues to address. So I have all but stopped NBE except my vitamins, my Omega's and Pumpkin Seed Oil. All of which can help my NBE as well as not complicate any health until I see the specialist.

O.K. boys and girls, or anywhere in-between. LOL

Yesterday, I had a follow up with my new Woman Doctor. I was still concerned about my blood pressure not being under check. It like to go up and down like any roller coaster anyone has been on.

About the 29th of last month, I talked her into prescribing Finesteride for my BPH and hair loss. So, her and I still being new to one another, I was very surprised towards the end of our conversation.

She said, "Well, since we both know we have to get your BP under control, I was going to ask you if you want to go on Spironolactone?"

I was so of surprised, cause I asked her about it back in February, and she said that it was a med of least choice due to so many problems. I just left it there at this point.

She also said, " The reason I wanted to ask you was you seem to be o.k. with you Gynecomastia right now, and this new med can only add to that problem. But I figured it would be o.k. to offer it to you."

I tried not to be too overjoyed, and told her...." If it means mean having 40 DD's or stroking out, or getting kidney damage... Guess what, I am quite alright with it."

So, this next set of pics I am posting, will show about 3 weeks on Finesteride, and just starting Spiro. I have gained a little in the nipple and areola's with Finesteride, but just marginal budding, so I am hoping this will get things a popping since I have to be careful in what Herbs I can take due to heart meds.

So, as always, take a peek at my picture page, and any / all comments are welcome.

Congratulations. Smile
Do you think you Dr has twigged to you finding Gynecomastia desirable?

Mine knows, but has no excuse to prescribe anything right now (PSA at the bottom of the normal range and good BP)

Sadly where I am from, as the government subsidises most meds, Drs are very limited in their ability to prescribe outside guidelines, so referral to an endo is pretty much the only option for me inside the system. Sad (5 days to go, but I am not excited ... much Wink )

Good luck with it. I hope it works well for its prescribed and desired effects both. Smile

Hi ya Calmly, if by "twigged" you mean figured it out, then ya. But since my BP is up, and down, and I have BPH she is not really out of line in the traditional sense. But I am hoping that is the case. I may to see if I can "push" the envelope in my effort to get more feminine breast.

All I can tell you is my old male doctor would of NEVER prescribed both at the same time.

Like I said, one time at an appointment, I will have to wear some kind of a bra. If for no other reason than to gauge her reaction. (maybe have a couple of laughs as well.)

If your doctor prescribed finasteride for hair loss, that's cool as I have the same problem. But offering spiro is something I don't think any of us would turn down. I would love to meet your doctor or at least get her name to get a consult. Please PM me if your willing to share her contact info.
