So, I am about to start HRT under medical supervision. I know that at 50+ years of age breast growth will be limited.

Should I see how far I get with HRT and then noogle or should I noogle while on HRT to maximise growth while things are developing?

Any other tips to maximise growth while on HRT?

Personally i would just stick to hrt, you can always noogle down the line if you find things dont develop as you would like, i would concentrate on making sure your body's getting everything it needs through diet and supplements to give you the best chance, there are foods you can eat that help raise growth hormone levels for example

Thanks Bobie. I think you are right. I am going to give HRT 6 months to see what progress I get without. I will look into boosting HGH.
