Hi, I've been on the Natureday program for a little over 3 weeks. I've used up the extract and am now finishing up with the capsules. I read somewhere, maybe here but don't remember, that you could replicate the Natureday liquid extract by procuring the extracts of Dong Quai, Fennel, Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle, and Saw Palmetto, and then combine them.
My plan is to clean out the original Natureday bottle and refill it with equal measures of each of the five till it was full. Would this work? Am I missing anything? I'm on a budget and this would enable me to make 5 one ounce bottles for around 50 dollars.
I'm just a cross dressing guy that wants breasts, but doesn't want to lose the sexual part of being a guy so the herbal route seems ideal for me. Thanks for any input.
