Break them in slowly, Whitney. Twenty minutes a day for the first week or so, or you may wind up with blisters, which isn't very pleasant. After a few weeks I found I could wear them for hours, or even overnight, without any irritation. They have increased my nipple size several times over. Enjoy!

Have fun Scotti! I just started back on my number ones after a three month break. I had worked up to my threes but took a break as I started my NBE program. I've been really enjoying the ones again. They fit like a glove. I love it!
