PM and the liver

#1

I'd like to tap into the collective knowledge of you fine folks and ask a question. Has anyone had elevated liver enzymes while on PM? I can't find any real info on the web outside of mouse trials.

Thanks so much in advance!

Nope and this has been verified by blood tests every six months.

I used to get my blood work done every 6 months on PM, never had any liver issues.

Are you having issues, or just being curious .

Just make sure you spread your PM out, don't take your daily intake all at the same time. It's also advisable to let your doctor know, or at the very least make sure you do get blood work done.

With two capsules I take one in the morning and the other at night, theres a 12hour gap between each dose, now if I take three capsules or four, would it be okay to take two at the same time each morning and night or should they be taken at different hours to the morning and night doses?

I always took mine spread out, 2 = 12 hrs, 3 = 8 hrs
4 = 6 hrs, and so on. I know 2 people personally that used to take their daily tablets all at once, eventually they had adverse reactions to the PM.
